Terms of Use

These terms cover the Super Sports! developer site: the team's bug reports, tasks, milestones and builds. By using the site, you agree to them.

In short

  • The site is for the Super Sports! team; your Discord roles decide what you can see.
  • What's here is private: don't share unannounced work outside the team.
  • Post things that help, be kind, and only upload what you're allowed to share.
  • Admins can remove posts and access when the rules are broken.

Using the site

The site is for people the team gives a role in the Super Sports! Discord: testers, developers and admins. What you can see and do follows those roles, and the team can change or remove access at any time.

Your account

You log in with your own Discord account. Keep it secure, don't let anyone else use it to get in, and tell an admin straight away if you think someone has.

Keep it in the team

Bug reports, tasks, builds and plans that haven't been announced are confidential. You must not share them, or screenshots or recordings of them, outside the team unless an admin says it's fine.

What you post

  • You're responsible for what you post. Only upload screenshots, videos, art and references you made or are allowed to share.
  • By posting, you let the Super Sports! team use it to make, test and improve the game.
  • Admins can edit or remove posts that break these terms.

House rules

  • Be kind in comments: talk about the bug or the work, not the person.
  • Nothing illegal, hateful or explicit, and no personal details about other people.
  • Don't try to get around the site's roles and permissions, or to break or overload it.
  • Report bugs in the site itself to an admin instead of using them.

Discord and Roblox

You log in with Discord, and Super Sports! is a Roblox game. Their own terms apply when you use them; we're not responsible for those services.

Availability

The site is a tool for the team and is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change it, take parts of it away or switch it off, and it can be offline now and then. Keep your own copies of anything you can't do without.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Super Sports! team isn't liable for any loss or damage from using the site, including lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Losing access

Access ends when your role is removed in Discord. Admins can also remove posts and take away access when these terms are broken. What you posted stays on the site so the team's history makes sense; see the Privacy Policy for how to ask about your information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law.
